Замовником було оголошено відкриті торги з особливостями за предметом «Послуги з підготовки та проведення навчальної програми Youthquake для школярів (шкільний трек)», ДК 021:2015 - 80530000-8 «Послуги у сфері професійної підготовки», ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2026-09-05-000719-a, очікувана вартість - 130 000,00 грн без ПДВ. Зазначені відкриті торги відмінено у зв’язку з неподанням жодної тендерної пропозиції для участі у відкритих торгах у встановлений строк. Така обставина прямо відповідає умові, передбаченій підпунктом 1 пункту 13 Особливостей, та надає Замовнику право застосувати переговорну процедуру закупівлі як виняток. На виконання прямої вимоги підпункту 1 пункту 13 Особливостей в цьому обґрунтуванні зазначено унікальний номер попередніх відкритих торгів - UA-2026-09-05-000719-a. Документальним підтвердженням факту відміни є інформація електронної системи закупівель та сформований системою звіт/документ про результати відповідної процедури.
