Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VІII від 25.12.2015 р. в редакції Закону України № 114-IX від 19.09.2019 р. зі змінами , Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України №1178 від 12 жовтня 2022 року «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» згідно рішення Деснянської селищної ради від 26 грудня 2025 року №13-71/8 «Про місцевий бюджет Деснянської селищної територіальної громади на 2026 рік»
