Predmetom zadávanej zákazky je Predmetom zákazky je záväzok uchádzača poskytnúť užívacie práva a on-line prístupy k právnemu informačnému systému, v počte 300 súčasných plnohodnotných prístupov počas platnosti a účinnosti zmluvy, t. j. k právnym a ekonomickým informáciám, právnym predpisom, judikatúre, komentárom, dôvodovým správam, vzorom zmlúv a právnych podaní, príkladom z praxe, odborným článkom z oblasti práva a ekonomiky, Obchodnému vestníku, Registru predinsolvenčných, likvidačných a insolvenčných konaní (ďalej len „REPLIK“), Finančnému spravodajstvu, Zbierkam zákonov ČR a predpisom EÚ (ďalej len právny informačný systém“) na neobmedzenom počte pracovných staníc, zabezpečiť jeho dennú aktualizáciu a umožniť garantovaný a rýchly prístup k právnym informáciám elektronickou formou, cez používateľské rozhranie prostredníctvom internetového prístupu, v rozsahu 24 hodín denne.
