Description

A Área de Subsistências de Alfragide (ASA) confeciona diariamente, em média, 600 refeições, servidas em 3 linhas de self-service, a que acresce a sala de refeições de Oficiais Generais. No passado, fruto da saída de elementos sem a devida reposição, começaram-se a verificar constrangimentos de pessoal na distribuição de refeições nos setores A e B de Monsanto, com implicações diretas no funcionamento diário das referidas messes, dando origem a atrasos e falhas no serviço prestado que advêm de um número cada vez mais reduzido de efetivos. Assim, e como o Serviço de Confeção e Distribuição de Refeições inicialmente contratado não contemplava a distribuição de refeições para os setores A e B da Messe de Monsanto, foi necessário iniciar um procedimento, para o período compreendido entre abril de 2025 a março de 2026, que englobasse as necessidades da ASA e dos setores A e B da messe de Monsanto, referidos anteriormente. Para garantir a continuação do bom funcionamento dos serviços contratados anteriormente, é necessário dar início a um novo procedimento para o período compreendido entre maio de 2026 a abril de 2027, considerando a presente data e o tempo estimado de tramitação deste tipo de procedimento.
