Description

Estão previstos trabalhos e fornecimento de materiais diversos, tendo em vista a reabilitação/requalifição dos três armazéns industriais para uso administrativo e com ocupação de diversos serviços públicos para utilização geral. A construção do edifício deve cumprir o regime jurídico das acessibilidades (DL nº 163/2006, de 8 de agosto, na sua atual redação). Igualmente devem ser executados trabalhos relativos à eficiência energética da construção, por forma a garantir a classificação NZEB+20%. Em síntese, existem trabalhos de fundações e estruturas, alvenarias, coberturas, pavimentos, paredes e tetos, carpintarias, cantarias e pinturas, cozinhas e equipamentos, loiças e equipamentos sanitários, redes de abastecimento de água, redes de drenagem de águas pluviais, rede de gás, instalações e equipamentos elétricos e luminotecnia, ITED, segurança contra incêndios em edifícios, AVAC, instalações eletromecânicas de transporte de pessoas e cargas, e de todos os trabalhos preparatórios e de construção civil em geral. A obra será executada dentro das melhores normas construtivas e serão respeitadas todas as recomendações e demais legislação em vigor.
