Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa piasków i żwirków filtracyjnych w łącznej ilości 1026,5 tony (dalej również „Produkt”) - używanych do uzdatniania wody przeznaczonej do spożycia przez ludzi, transportem Wykonawcy. 2. Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera (dalej również OPZ) Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji Zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 4. Przedmiotowe środki dowodowe: 4.1. W celu wykazania, że oferowany Produkt jest zgodny z wymaganiami określonymi w Załączniku nr 5 do SWZ - Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia Zamawiający żąda, by Wykonawca złożył wraz z ofertą następujące przedmiotowe środki dowodowe: 1) Aktualny atest higieniczny wydany przez Narodowy Instytut Zdrowia Publicznego - Państwowy Zakład Higieny, dopuszczający Produkt do stosowania w wodzie przeznaczonej do spożycia przez ludzi. Uwaga: Zamawiający zaakceptuje równoważne przedmiotowe środki dowodowe, jeżeli potwierdzą, że oferowane dostawy spełniają wymagania określone w OPZ. 4.2 Zamawiający zastrzega, że w przypadku, gdy Wykonawca nie złoży przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, o których mowa powyżej, lub gdy złożone przedmiotowe środki dowodowe okażą się niekompletne, Wykonawca wezwany zostanie w trybie art. 107 ust. 2 Ustawy do ich złożenia lub uzupełniania w wyznaczonym terminie.
