Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z 2 pakietów: Pakiet 1 - Testy immunoenzymatyczne + dzierżawa sprzętu Pakiet 2 - Szybkie testy Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 7 do SWZ, opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - pakiet 1 stanowiący załącznik nr 9 do SWZ oraz w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiącej załączniki nr 2 oraz 2A do SWZ.
