Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: SPRZEDAŻ WRAZ Z DOSTAWĄ WARZYW I OWOCÓW. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera formularz cenowy zał. nr 2 oraz 3 do SWZ. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych obejmujących poszczególne całe zadania przy czym maksymalna liczba części na które zamówienie może zostać udzielone temu samemu Wykonawcy wynosi 2 części. Zadanie I DPS oraz I WTZ stanowi jedną część. Zadanie II DPS oraz II WTZ stanowi jedną część. Wykonawca udziela Zamawiającemu gwarancji jakości zdrowotnej i trwałości dostarczonej żywności do daty minimalnej trwałości lub terminu przydatności do spożycia określonych na czytelnych etykietach. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się dostarczyć przedmiot zamówienia dobrej jakości, świeży, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami oraz normami, a także wymogami sanitarnymi. Towary , które są przedmiotem umowy będą pochodziły z miejsc objętych stałym nadzorem sanitarnym. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do przestrzegania obowiązujących warunków higienicznych, sanitarnych, przy produkcji, przechowywaniu i dostawie towaru, za co ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność. Wykonawca oświadcza (jeśli jest producentem), ze w zakładzie produkcja przebiega zgodnie z systemem bezpieczeństwa żywności HACCP oraz instrukcją Dobrej Praktyki Higienicznej i Produkcyjnej (Ustawa o warunkach zdrowotnych żywności i żywienia). Zadanie I Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera formularz cenowy zał. nr 2 do SWZ.; Zadanie II Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera formularz cenowy zał. nr 3 do SWZ
