Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu do zabiegów kardiochirurgicznych i hemodynamicznych z podziałem na 20 części. Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji w przedmiotowym postępowaniu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 2 do niniejszej SWZ. Szczegółowe zasady określające rodzaj, okoliczności skorzystania z opcji i maksymalną wartość opcji zawarte są w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiących załącznik nr 8a, 8b do SWZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, będący jednocześnie formularzem asortymentowo cenowym stanowi załącznik nr 1a, 2 do SWZ. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji i rozliczenia zamówienia określa załącznik nr 8a, 8b do SWZ -Projektowane postanowienia umowy.
