Description

1. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr I.2 do SWZ i we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr I.3 do SWZ. 2. Kompletny przedmiot zamówienia należy dostarczyć do siedziby Zamawiającego w terminie: do 90 dni licząc od daty zawarcia umowy. 3. Zawarte w niniejszej SWZ wraz z załącznikami informacje na temat parametrów i funkcji są danymi minimalnymi - Zamawiający dopuszcza zaoferowanie produktów o rozszerzonych funkcjach i lepszych parametrach, pod warunkiem, iż spełniają one minimalne wymagania określone w niniejszym zamówieniu. 4. Zamawiający informuje, iż w niniejszym zamówieniu, zgodnie z art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy pzp, przewiduje skorzystanie z prawa opcji. Określenie rodzaju, maksymalnej wartości i okoliczności skorzystania z opcji określa szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty w załączniku nr I.2 do SWZ i wzór umowy, stanowiący załącznik nr I.3 do SWZ. 5. Z uwagi na ograniczenia techniczne pozostała część informacji znajduje się w dokumentach zamówienia (SWZ)
