4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa artykułów gospodarczych na potrzeby RZGW w Poznaniu. 4.2. Zamawiający podzielił zamówienie na 6 części, gdzie każda część stanowi oddzielny przedmiot zamówienia: Część 1 - Artykuły gospodarcze dla Regionalnego Zarządu Gospodarki Wodnej w Poznaniu Część 2 - Artykuły gospodarcze dla Zarządu Zlewni w Gorzowie Wlkp. Część 3 - Artykuły gospodarcze dla Zarządu Zlewni w Kaliszu. Część 4 - Artykuły gospodarcze dla Zarządu Zlewni w Kole. Część 5 - Artykuły gospodarcze dla Zarządu Zlewni w Poznaniu. Część 6 - Artykuły gospodarcze dla Zarządu Zlewni w Sieradzu. 4.3. Szczegółowy zakres i rodzaj prac przewidzianych do wykonania w ramach przedmiotu zamówienia dla poszczególnych części, z podaniem ich lokalizacji określają: • Załącznik nr 2 - formularz asortymentowo-cenowy dla każdej części • Załącznik nr 3 - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), • Załącznik nr 5 - Wzór umowy.
