1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest najem długoterminowy 2 szt. ambulansów typu C z wyposażeniem, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1.1 Formularz cenowy do SWZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1.2 do SWZ. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielono na 2 części/pakiety: Pakiet nr 1: Najem ambulansu typu „C” wraz z wyposażeniem; Pakiet nr 2: Najem ambulansu typu „C” wraz z wyposażeniem. Termin dostawy kompletnego przedmiotu zamówienia do lokalizacji wskazanej przez Zamawiającego - do 90 dni od daty zawarcia umowy. Najem ambulansu typu „C” wraz z wyposażeniem, zgodnie ze szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia w załączniku nr 1.2 do SWZ
