Description

Zakup średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego dla OSP w Podłężu 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 wraz z wyposażeniem zgodnie z wymaganiami załącznika nr 8 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia - Minimalne wymagania techniczno-użytkowe. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia winien spełniać następujące wymagania: a) odpowiadać wszystkim cechom określonym w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia. b) być nowy i zgodny z obowiązującymi normami. c) posiadać wyposażenie i komplet dokumentacji techniczno-eksploatacyjnej. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby Wykonawca złożył wraz z ofertą podpisany kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym, opis techniczny oferowanego pojazdu zgodnie z treścią Załącznika nr 8 do SWZ -Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. 4. Pojazd musi posiadać najpóźniej w dniu odbioru techniczno - jakościowego ważne świadectwo dopuszczenia do użytkowania w ochronie przeciwpożarowej na terenie Polski wydane na podstawie rozporządzenia Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 20 czerwca 2007 r. w sprawie wykazu wyrobów służących zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa publicznego lub ochronie zdrowia i życia oraz mienia, a także zasad wydawania dopuszczenia tych wyrobów do użytkowania ( Dz. U. z 2007 r, Nr 143 poz. 1002 z późn. zm.).
