Zakup i dostawa średniego samochodu ratowniczo -gaśniczego w ramach Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025/2026 Zamawiający złożył wniosek o dofinansowanie przedmiotowego zadania w ramach w ramach krajowego „Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej 2025-2026" przyjętego uchwalą nr 72 Rady Ministrów z dnia 27 maja 2025 r. (M. P. z 2025 r. poz. 541), o systemie finansowania zadań w zakresie ochrony ludności i obrony cywilnej, wynikających z ustawy z dnia 5 grudnia 2024 r. o ochronie ludności i obronie cywilnej (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1907). Zamawiający unieważni przedmiotowe postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera opis przedmiotu zamówienia (załączniki nr 2 do SWZ).
