Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dostawy pod nazwą „Zakup i dostawa nowego samochodu strażackiego na potrzeby OSP w Zaborzu”. Zakres rzeczowy zadania obejmuje w szczególności: 1. dostawę fabrycznie nowego, średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z układem napędowym 4x4 dla jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Zaborzu (Gmina Chybie), 2. dostarczenie wraz z pojazdem kompletnej dokumentacji umożliwiającej jego użytkowanie zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem, 3. przeszkolenie osób wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, 4. wykonywanie w okresie gwarancyjnym wymaganych prac serwisowych/ przeglądów. Zamawiający przewiduje unieważnienie postępowania na podstawie art. 257 Pzp, jeśli środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia nie zostałyby przyznane. Postępowanie prowadzi podmiot, któremu powierzono przeprowadzenie postępowania - Gmina Chybie. Zgodnie z art. 37 ust. 4 ustawy Pzp Gmina Chybie działa w niniejszym postępowaniu jako Pełnomocnik Zamawiającego.
