Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa wymiana wodomierzy w lokalach mieszkalnych i użytkowych znajdujących się w zasobach Gminy Grabów nad Pilicą na fabrycznie nowe wodomierze wyposażone w moduł radiowy oraz dostawa, montaż i uruchomienie systemu zdalnego odczytu. W tym celu w ramach zadania planowana jest: 1) dostawa i montaż m.in.: a) wodomierzy DN 15 z nakładką radiową - 53 szt. b) wodomierzy DN 20 z nakładką radiową - 2468 szt. c) wodomierzy DN 25 z nakładką radiową - 9 szt. d) wodomierzy DN 100 z nakładką radiową - 5 szt. e) tabletu do odczytów i konfiguracji urządzeń pomiarowych - 1 szt. f) zestawu komputerowego z monitorem i oprogramowaniem - 1 szt. 2) wdrożenie oprogramowania do obsługi i kontroli rozbiorów i monitoringu sieci. Zostaną zakupione, wdrożone i uruchomione: • eBOK - 1 szt. • System telemetryczny - 1 szt. • Integracja systemu ERP - 1 szt. • System do odczytu zdalnego wodomierzy - 1 szt. • Aplikacja Mobilna - 1 szt. 3) przeprowadzenie audytu wdrożeniowego uruchomionych rozwiązań, 4) usługa wymiany wodomierzy. Koszt materiałów do ww. prac jest po stronie Wykonawcy. Konieczne jest zapewnienie integralności systemu z programem Macrologic oraz zagwarantowanie prawidłowego funkcjonowania zdalnego odczytu. Szczegółowe postanowienia w zakresie przedmiotu umowy zawarte zostały w Projekcie umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 11 do SWZ oraz Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i Specyfikacji Technicznej Wykonania i Odbioru Robót stanowiącej załącznik nr 3 do SWZ oraz Przedmiarze stanowiącym załącznik nr 3a do SWZ, który należy traktować wyłącznie jako dokument pomocniczy do przygotowania oferty z uwagi na ryczałtowy charakter wynagrodzenia wykonawcy.
