1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych dotyczących inwestycji pn. „Poprawa dostępu do portu morskiego w Szczecinie - Budowa mijanki dla statków na torze wodnym Świnoujście - Szczecin.” Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający przewiduje wymagania związane z realizacją zamówienia w zakresie zatrudnienia na podstawie stosunku pracy, w okolicznościach, o których mowa w art. 95 ust.1 ustawy Pzp. Szczegółowe informacje oraz wymogi w tym zakresie, w szczególności dotyczące sposobu weryfikacji zatrudnienia wskazanych osób na podstawie stosunku pracy oraz uprawnienia Zamawiającego w zakresie kontroli spełniania przez Wykonawcę wymagań związanych z zatrudnianiem tych osób oraz sankcje z tytułu niespełniania tych wymagań, zostały zawarte w SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy (Kontraktu).
