1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja dwóch wind towarowych w budynku Europejskiego Centrum Solidarności w Gdańsku. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do Specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (dalej także: "SWZ"). 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie wykonać modernizację wind towarowych oraz świadczyć usługi serwisu i konserwacji w okresie udzielonej przez siebie gwarancji na wykonaną modernizację, z zastrzeżeniem, że pierwszy przegląd nastąpi w miesiącu następującym po wykonaniu modernizacji (minimalny okres gwarancji wynos 36 miesięcy). 4.
