Dostawę warzyw w podziale na dwie części. Część nr 1 - dostawy warzyw do m. Wędrzyn Część nr 2 - dostawy warzyw do m. Czerwieńsk 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy warzyw zgodnie z minimalnymi wymaganiami jakościowymi zawartymi w załączniku nr 1 do umowy, w asortymencie i ilościach podstawowych wyszczególnionych w tabelach nr 1 z zastrzeżeniem prawa opcji dla asortymentu oraz ilości wyszczególnionych w tabelach nr 2. Ilość w opcji będzie dostarczana przez Dostawcę w wypadku zaistnienia potrzeb Odbiorcy po wykorzystaniu w całości ilości podstawowych danego asortymentu. W ramach umowy Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do dostarczenia towaru do magazynu w Wędrzynie* Czerwieńsku* oraz do rozładunku dostarczonego towaru na własny koszt w asortymencie i ilościach określonych na podstawie zamówienia składanego przez odbiorcę wg poniższego harmonogramu (tabela w SWZ) 2. Wzór umowy załącznik nr 9 do SWZ oraz minimalne wymagania jakościowe załącznik nr 10 do SWZ są uzupełnieniem opisu przedmiotu zamówienia oraz stanowią integralną część Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.; 1.
