Description

1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę usługi polegającej na: a) odbieraniu i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych pochodzących od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, położonych na terenie Gminy Miasto Zgierz, b) odbieraniu i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z lokali, w których nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy, a powstają odpady komunalne, znajdujących się w zamieszkałym budynku wielolokalowym, położonych na terenie Gminy Miasto Zgierz, c) odbieraniu i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z niezamieszkałych części nieruchomości, na której powstają odpady komunalne znajdującej się na nieruchomości zamieszkałej zabudowanej budynkiem jednorodzinnym, d) wyposażeniu wskazanych punktów w pojemniki do zbierania leków oraz odbieranie i zagospodarowanie zgromadzonych leków, e) odbieraniu i zagospodarowaniu drobnego sprzętu elektrycznego i elektronicznego z pojemników wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, f) prowadzeniu na terenie Gminy Miasto Zgierz Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych, do którego będą dostarczane odpady komunalne z nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, położonych na terenie Gminy Miasto Zgierz, g) dostarczeniu właścicielom nieruchomości harmonogramu odbierania odpadów wraz z materiałami informacyjnymi związanymi z Systemem Gospodarowania Odpadami Komunalnymi na terenie Gminy Miasto Zgierz, h) zapewnieniu i dostarczaniu właścicielom nieruchomości worków do selektywnego gromadzenia: metali i tworzyw sztucznych, papieru, szkła.
