Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług załadunku i transportu odpadów popowodziowych, o kodzie odpadów 16 82 02. Planowana ilość odpadów do przewiezienia 3 000 Mg. Zamawiający wskazuje następujące miejsca odbioru odpadów: dz. 173/3, 174/3, 175/2 położonych w Lądku - Zdroju w obrębie Zatorze. Zamówienie realizowane będzie przy użyciu sprzętu podstawionego i obsługiwanego przez Wykonawcę. 2. Zamówienie obejmuje załadunek odpadów popowodziowych o kodzie 16 82 02 w ilości szacowanej 3 000 Mg, za pomocą podstawionej i obsługiwanej przez Wykonawcę koparko - ładowarki lub fuchsa. Załadunek odpadów odbywać się będzie z terenu wskazanego przez Zamawiającego (dz. 173/3, 174/3, 175/2 położonych w Lądku - Zdroju w obrębie Zatorze) na pojazd odpowiednio oznakowany i przeznaczony do transportu odpadów podstawiony i obsługiwany przez Wykonawcę. Pojazd ten po wystawieniu KPO (karty przekazania odpadów) w BDO (Bazie danych o produktach i opakowaniach oraz o gospodarce odpadami) przez Zamawiającego transportuje odpady na wskazaną przez Zamawiającego instalację, na której następuje wyładunek we wskazanym przez obsługę instalacji miejscu.
