1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywne przyjęcie odpadów oznaczonych w klasyfikacji odpadów kodem: 19 12 10 - odpady palne (paliwo alternatywne), 19 12 12 - inne odpady, w tym substancje i przedmioty z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż 19 12 11 do termicznego przetwarzania w procesie R1. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: przyjęcie przez wykonawcę od zamawiającego odpadów oznaczonych w klasyfikacji odpadów kodami: 19 12 10, 19 12 12 - dalej zwanych „odpadami” - w szacunkowej ilości 7.500 Mg/rok, w tym: a) 19 12 10 - 4.000 Mg b) 19 12 12 - 3.500 Mg wynikających ze specyfiki rozwiązań technicznych i technologicznych cyklu produkcyjnego, systemu wagowego oraz warunków magazynowych, w celu poddania ich do termicznego przetwarzania w ostatecznym procesie odzysku R1, zgodnie z określeniem oznaczeń tych procesów w załączniku Nr 1 do ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1587, z późn. zm.) oraz w załączniku IA do Rozporządzenia (WE) NR 1013/2006 Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady z dnia 14 czerwca 2006 r. w sprawie przemieszczania odpadów (Dz. Urz. L 190 z 12.7.2006, s.1). Zamawiający zastrzega sobie, że ilość przekazanych odpadów w ciągu całego okresu trwania umowy może być mniejsza niż ilość określona w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia.
