Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów po przetworzeniu o kodzie 20 03 07 - odpadów wielkogabarytowych w ilości maksymalnej do 750 Mg w okresie od dnia podpisania umowy do dnia 31 grudnia 2026 r. Zarówno łączna jak i miesięczna ilość przekazywanych odpadów wyłonionemu w postepowaniu przetargowym Wykonawcy będzie uzależniona od ilości odpadów dostarczanych do Instalacji Komunalnej - Sortowni odpadów w Działdowie od mieszkańców z terenu Ekologicznego Związku Gmin „Działdowszczyzna”. Odbiór odpadów następować będzie sukcesywnie z Instalacji Komunalnej - Sortowni w Działdowie ul. Przemysłowa 61 w ilości do 125 Mg miesięcznie. Odbiór odpadów kodzie 20 03 07 powinien zostać przeprowadzony w ten sposób, że odpady zostaną odebrane w ustalonym przez obie zainteresowane strony terminie. Odpad powinien być odebrany w ciągu jednego dnia w ilości od 50 do 75 ton. Jest to spowodowane koniecznością podstawienia do Instalacji Sortowni ładowarki do załadunku odpadów, chodzi o to by zmaksymalizować odbiór odpadów i przy stosunkowo krótkim zaangażowaniu czasowym ładowarki wywieźć nagromadzone na daną chwilę odpady wielkogabarytowe. Odpady o kodzie 20 03 07 będące przedmiotem zamówienia pozostają w całości i nie ma możliwości technicznych ich rozdrobnienia na terenie Sortowni.
