1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywny odbiór z Zakładu Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Trzebani gm. Osieczna, woj. wielkopolskie oraz zagospodarowanie w procesie odzysku R we własnej instalacji Wykonawcy odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12, stanowiących komponent do produkcji paliwa alternatywnego (RDF), wytwarzanych na bieżąco w instalacji Zamawiającego oraz częściowo zmagazynowanych. Sposób zagospodarowania odpadów 19 12 12 musi być zgodny z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawa i decyzjami posiadanymi przez Wykonawcę. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ
