Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi w zakresie odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) i selektywnie zebranych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych (stale i sezonowo) położonych na terenie Gminy Iwanowice wraz z utworzeniem i prowadzeniem stacjonarnego Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) oraz prowadzenie mobilnego Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) w miejscowości Iwanowice Dworskie. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany wykonywać zamówienie w terminie: 24 miesięcy od dnia podpisania umowy, nie wcześniej niż od dnia podpisania umowy.
