Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Bierawa na warunkach określonych w załączniku nr 8 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia stanowiącym szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w szczególności: - odbiór zmieszanych odpadów komunalnych bezpośrednio z terenów nieruchomości zamieszkałych Gminy Bierawa, - odbiór selektywnych odpadów komunalnych bezpośrednio z terenów nieruchomości zamieszkałych Gminy Bierawa, - odbiór odpadów biodegradowalnych i popiołu z palenisk domowych bezpośrednio z terenów nieruchomości zamieszkałych Gminy Bierawa, - zapewnienie zbiórki odpadów wielkogabarytowych, zużytego sprzętu elektrycznego i elektronicznego oraz zużytych opon o średnicy wewnętrznej do 56 cm (22 cale), - zapewnienie mieszkańcom gminy pojemników (zabudowa wielorodzinna) i worków do zbierania odpadów w sposób selektywny zgodnie z obowiązującym Regulaminem utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Gminy Bierawa, uchwałą w sprawie określenia sposobu i zakresu świadczenia usług w zakresie odbierania odpadów oraz z szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
