Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości oraz z Puntu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych z terenu Gminy Grodków, w okresie 3 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy (nie wcześniej niż 02.01.2026 r. do dnia 31.03.2026 r.), na warunkach określonych w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. Nieruchomości objęte niniejszym przedmiotem zamówienia to nieruchomości zamieszkałe oraz nieruchomości, na których nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy, a powstają odpady komunalne, w tym nieruchomości, na których znajdują się domki letniskowe lub inne nieruchomości wykorzystywane na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe, nieruchomości w których prowadzona jest działalność gospodarcza i tereny użytku publicznego.
