1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na odbiorze, transporcie oraz zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z terenu Miasta Sulejówek. Wykonanie usługi obejmuje: 1) odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, położonych w granicach administracyjnych Miasta Sulejówek, 2) organizację i obsługę stacjonarnego Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych, zwanego dalej PSZOK, w tym przyjmowanie dostarczonych przez mieszkańców nieruchomości zamieszkałych, odpadów zebranych selektywnie wraz z ich późniejszym transportem i zagospodarowaniem, 3) odbiór, transport i unieszkodliwienie odpadów o kodzie 20 01 32 z aptek z terenu Miasta Sulejówek. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt. 7) ustawy Pzp. Udzielenie zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt. 7), polegać będzie na powtórzeniu usług będących przedmiotem zamówienia pierwotnego tj.: odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z terenu Miasta Sulejówek. Przewidywana wielkość zamówienia do 16 897 Mg Zamawiający przewiduje o udzieleniu zamówienia do wysokości 20.353.625,92 zł netto. Udzielone zamówienie będzie realizowane na zasadach umowy podstawowej.
