Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wdrożenie systemu elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów (EOD) w celu rozwoju analityki danych i digitalizacji procesów w Akademii Sztuki Wojennej zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają: 1) Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ; 2) Projektowane postanowienia umowy - załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. 3. Dokumenty należy odczytywać wraz ze zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania potencjalnych wykonawców. 4. Zasady udostępniania analizy przedwdrożeniowej. Analiza przedwdrożeniowa nie może zostać udostępniona w sposób nieograniczony, ponieważ zawiera dane wrażliwe z punktu widzenia Zamawiającego. Dokument obejmuje szczegółowe informacje dotyczące środowiska, procesów, konfiguracji oraz uwarunkowań organizacyjnych i technicznych Zamawiającego, których ujawnienie mogłoby naruszać zasady bezpieczeństwa informacji lub interes Zamawiającego. W związku z powyższym Wykonawca zainteresowany uzyskaniem analizy przedwdrożeniowej zobowiązany jest zwrócić się do Zamawiającego z wnioskiem o jej udostępnienie. Udostępnienie analizy przedwdrożeniowej następuje po uprzednim zawarciu umowy o zachowaniu poufności danych i informacji. Wzór umowy o zachowaniu poufności stanowi Załącznik nr 12 do SWZ.
