Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, instalacja, konfiguracja, wdrożenie sprzętu IT oraz systemu informatycznego i szkolenie personelu umożliwiającego świadczenie e-usług w Szpitalu Ogólnym im. dr Witolda Ginela w Grajewie Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1.Rozbudowa / modernizacja systemu HIS wraz z zakupem dodatkowych modułowe KREW, eUDAR, GUS, SIMP, podpisywanie załączników, automatyzacja rozliczeń z SZOI. Moduł indeksacji zaległej dokumentacji EDM wraz ze zbiorczym podpisywaniem dokumentów. 2. Integracja i wymiana danych z opracowaną przez Centrum e-Zdrowia platformą usług inteli-gentnych (PUI) wspomagających proces podejmowania decyzji diagnostyczno-leczniczych przez lekarza. 3. Zakup systemu wraz z wdrożeniem i utrzymaniem wirtualnej rejestratorki (VoiceBot) 4. Zakup 4 zestawów do wydawania i przechowywania leków wraz z integracją rozwiązania z systemem HIS.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) Zakup, instalacja i wdrożenie systemu kopii zapasowych klasy enterprise 2) Zakup, instalacja I wdrożenie serwerów rack- 3szt. 3) Zakup symetrycznych przełączników szkieletowych typu SAN z 16 portami 32G FC - 2 sztuki 4) Macierz typu all-flash do systemu kopii zapasowych - 2szt. 5) Zapora sieciowa: urządzenie UTM dla jednostek rozproszonych oraz zewnętrznych budynków 1 sztuka 6) Zapora sieciowa: główne urządzenie UTM (2 sztuki) 7) Zakup, instalacja i wdrożenie systemu do zbierania logów oraz do zarządzania podatnościami i analizy logów. 8) Segmentacja sieci: przełączniki szkieletowe typu core - 2 sztuki 9) Segmentacja sieci: przełączniki dystrybucyjne obsługujące standard PoE+ (16 sztuk) 10) Segmentacja sieci: zakup systemu NAC (ang. Network Access Control) -500 urządzeń 11) Segmentacja sieci: zakup rozwiązania SIEM (ang. Security Event Management) i SOAR (ang. Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) 12) Zakup rozwiązania do zarządzania podatnościami i analizy logów systemowych--- ujęta w 7. 13) Zakup rozwiązania do uwierzytelniania metodą dwuskładnikową dla 300 użytkowników; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1. System Zarządzania Bezpieczeństwem Informacji : dostosowanie dokumentacji do wymogów prawa 2. System Zarządzania Bezpieczeństwem Informacji : szkolenie personelu (20 szkoleń) oraz kadry kierowniczej (1 szkolenie). 3. Audyt końcowy w zakresie cyberbezpieczeństwa zgodny z wymogami działania KPO D1.1.2; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozbudowa systemu antywirusowego
