Usługi wdrożenia rozwiązań informatycznych dla Szpitali Tczewskich S.A. 1. Zamawiający dopuszcza podzielenie zamówienia na części, zwane „Pakietami”. 2. Zamawiający do przedmiotowego zamówienia przewidział 4 pakiety, wyszczególnione poniżej: Pakiet nr 1 - Rozbudowa posiadanego przez Zamawiającego oprogramowania klasy HIS o nowe moduły Pakiet nr 2 - Wdrożenie systemu podpisu elektronicznego wraz z dostawą i instalacją elementów aktywnych sieci wi-fi Pakiet nr 3 - Zmiana formy licencjonowania wraz z rozbudową posiadanego przez Zamawiającego oprogramowania klasy PACS o nowe moduły i funkcjonalności wraz z dostawą niezbędnego sprzętu IT Pakiet nr 4 - Wdrożenie Systemu do Elektronicznego Obiegu Dokumentów i Automatyzacji Procesów Biznesowych (SEOD) Przedmiot zamówienia i jego zakres oraz główne parametry zostały szczegółowo opisane w załączniku nr 3 (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia) do SWZ - dla każdego pakietu, zaś kwestie formalne w projekcie umowy dla danego pakietu, stanowiącym: Dla pakietu nr 1 - Załącznik nr 4A do SWZ Dla pakietu nr 2 - Załącznik nr 4B do SWZ Dla pakietu nr 3 - Załącznik nr 4C do SWZ Dla pakietu nr 4 - Załącznik nr 4D do SWZ Rozbudowa posiadanego przez Zamawiającego oprogramowania klasy HIS o nowe moduły.
