Description
1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest Integracja z Platformą Usług Inteligentnych (PUI) dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi. 2. Zakres przedmiotowy został szczegółowo opisany w załączeniu do niniejszej SWZ „Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia” - Załącznik nr 2 oraz wzorze umowy - Załącznik nr 6. 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści dokumentu, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. 4. Przedmiotowa dostawa finansowana jest w ramach projektu pn: „Rozwój usług cyfrowych w Wojewódzkim Wielospecjalistycznym Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi”. 5. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia w sytuacji, w której nie uzyskał niezbędnych środków na planowane przedsięwzięcie. Zgodnie bowiem z art. 257 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający może unieważnić postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
