Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, wdrożenie, dostosowanie i integracja systemów informatycznych wraz z dostawą niezbędnego sprzętu w celu uruchomienia e-usług w ramach projektu „Nowoczesne e-usługi publiczne i cyfrowy dostęp do informacji publicznej dla mieszkańców Gminy Konopiska”. Uruchomienie e-usług publicznych obejmuje następujące elementy: • Zakup oprogramowania Portalu e-Usług • Wdrożenie oprogramowania Portalu e-Usług • Zaprojektowanie i wdrożenie e-usług z zakresu podatków i opłat lokalnych • Zaprojektowanie i wdrożenie e-usług z zakresu informacji przestrzennej • Przeprowadzenie instruktaży dla pracowników z zakresu wdrażanego oprogramowania (w ramach zadania Z1) • Usługi dostosowania i integracji systemów dziedzinowych • Usługi dostosowania i integracji systemu elektronicznego zarządzania dokumentacją • Przeprowadzenie instruktaży dla pracowników z zakresu wdrażanego oprogramowania (w ramach zadania Z2) • Usługi cyfryzacji zasobów informacji przestrzennej • Zakup oprogramowania do zarządzania zasobami informacji przestrzennej • Wdrożenie oprogramowania do zarządzania zasobami informacji przestrzennej • Usługi opracowania mechanizmów udostępniania zasobów informacji przestrzennej • Przeprowadzenie instruktaży dla pracowników z zakresu wdrażanego oprogramowania (w ramach zadania Z3) • Zakup serwera z systemem operacyjnym
