Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Dostawa, wdrożenie oraz integracja jednolitego środowiska procesowego do obsługi spraw pracowniczych wraz z usługami wspierającymi dostępność cyfrową Uniwersytetu Radomskiego im. Kazimierza Pułaskiego” podzielona na następujące Etapy: L.p. Etap 1 - Serwery Zamawiający wymaga: 001. dostawy, konfiguracji i uruchomienia 2 serwerów produkcyjnych L.p. Etap 2 - Instalacja i konfiguracja Zamawiający wymaga: 002. instalacji środowiska procesowego do obsługi spraw pracowniczych i usług wspierających dostępność cyfrową wraz z przekazaniem licencji, 003. wykonania konfiguracji uruchomieniowej, L.p. Etap 3 - Wdrożenie i szkolenia Zamawiający wymaga: 004. implementacji procesów biznesowych wskazanych w Rozdziale „Procesy realizowane w Uniwersytecie Radomskim im. Kazimierza Pułaskiego” w OPZ wraz z integracjami, 005. uruchomienia produkcyjnego środowiska procesowego do obsługi spraw pracowniczych i usług wspierających dostępność cyfrową. 006. dostarczenia Dokumentacji powykonawczej i Dokumentacji użytkowej (instrukcje) 007. przeprowadzenia szkoleń z obsługi oprogramowania - zakres rozszerzony - dla administratorów systemu w wymiarze 8 h dla każdej grupy, 008. przeprowadzenia szkoleń z obsługi oprogramowania - zakres podstawowy dla użytkowników w wymiarze 4 h dla każdej grupy.
