1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozbudowa Zintegrowanego Systemu Informatycznego Wspomagającego Zarządzanie Miastem (dalej zwanego: „ZSIWZM”), obejmująca wykonanie: a) modułu „Centralna Ewidencja e-Faktur”, zgodnie z założeniami zawartymi we wzorze umowy wykonawczej, stanowiącym załącznik nr 5 do SWZ, b) modułu „Należności i zobowiązania - Wysyłanie upomnień dot. zaległości podatkowych i innych dochodów budżetowych poprzez e-Doręczenia, ePUAP oraz w trybie EPO”, zgodnie z założeniami zawartymi we wzorze umowy wykonawczej, stanowiącym załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 2) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się we wzorze umowy podstawowej wraz z załącznikami, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ oraz we wzorach umów wykonawczych, o których mowa powyżej.
