Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usuwanie, holowanie/przewożenie pojazdów i/lub innych przedmiotów dla KMP Opole na warunkach określonych w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) i wzorze umowy stanowiących załączniki do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (SWZ). Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usuwanie i holowanie/przewożenie pojazdów i/lub innych przedmiotów z obszaru ograniczonego granicami administracyjnymi powiatu opolskiego, z podziałem na dwie kategorie holowanych pojazdów: a)Holowanie/przewożenie wszystkich pojazdów o DMC do 3,5t włącznie ( od 0,01 kg do 3,5 t). Ładowność pojazdu holującego musi być min. 3,5 t.( 3 500 kg) b)Holowanie/przewożenie wszystkich pojazdów (mogących poruszać się po drogach publicznych) o DMC przekraczających 3,5 t. Ładowność pojazdu holującego musi być pow. 3,5 t.( 3 500 kg) lub pojazd musi być przystosowany do ciągnięcia pojazdów o DMC przekraczających 3,5
