Description
1. Przedmiotem Umowy jest: 1) zapewnienie 24-miesięcznego wsparcia producenta dla posiadanych przez Zamawiającego 1 430 licencji Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile Platinum Bundle; 2) udzielenie wsparcia technicznego Wykonawcy dla posiadanych przez Zamawiającego licencji, wymienionych w pkt. 1. 2. Wsparcie producenta oprogramowania, o którym mowa w ust. 1 pkt 1 będzie aktywne przez 24 miesiące od dnia następującego po dacie zawarcia Umowy, nie wcześniej jednak niż od 07.09.2026 r. 3. W okresie obowiązywania wsparcia producenta Oprogramowania, o którym mowa w ust. 2 Wykonawca świadczyć będzie wsparcie techniczne, określone w ust. 1 pkt 2.
