Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa pn. „Rozbudowa modułu konsultacji społecznych wraz z systemem informacji multimedialnej w przestrzeni publicznej” szczegółowo opisana w zał. nr 5 do SWZ Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 2. Celem projektu jest rozbudowa obecnej aplikacji mobilnej Zamawiającego o nowe funkcjonalności tj. opracowanie, wdrożenie oraz utrzymanie systemu konsultacji społecznych przez okres 5 lat oraz dostawa wraz z montażem jednego info-kiosku typu „totem” oraz utrzymanie systemu info-kiosku przez okres 5 lat.
