Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Modernizacja szpitalnego systemu informatycznego w Szpitalu Ogólnym w Wysokiem Mazowieckiem - modernizacja i rozbudowa systemu LIS wraz z 3-letnim wsparciem. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wielkość i zakres: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja i rozbudowa laboratoryjnego systemu informatycznego Cobas® Infinity firmy Roche Diagnostics posiadanego przez Szpital Ogólny w Wysokiem Mazowieckiem. W zakres zamówienia wchodzi modernizacja i rozbudowa laboratoryjnego SI w rozumieniu: 1) udzielenie licencji bezterminowej na minimum 30 użytkowników, z możliwością użycia na minimum 14 stacjach roboczych oraz podłączenie minimum 14 analizatorów. Liczbę licencji na oprogramowanie komunikacyjne należy rozumieć jako niezależną od konkretnych typów aparatów. Wymiana analizatora lub zmiana miejsca podłączenia, o ile nie zwiększa łącznej ilości podłączonych aparatów - nie wymaga zmian w dotychczasowych, ani uzyskania nowych licencji, 2) instalacja, konfiguracja, wdrożenie i uruchomienie Systemu, 3) integracja z systemami użytkowanymi przez Zamawiającego, 4) przeprowadzenie szkoleń stanowiskowych dla personelu Zamawiającego, 5) przeprowadzenie szkoleń z administrowania zmodernizowanym Systemem dla personelu informatycznego Zamawiającego, 6) świadczenie usług gwarancyjnych (gwarancji) oraz usługi nadzoru autorskiego, 7) świadczenie usługi asysty technicznej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do Zaproszenia - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia.
