Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na remoncie jednego tramwaju technicznego typu Konstal 4N (tzw. odśnieżarka torowa). 2. zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1) Wymagania ogólne: a) wzmocnienie wybranych elementów konstrukcji nośnej tramwaju; b) dostosowanie wózków tramwaju oraz zawieszenia do zmienionej masy (charakterystyki tramwaju) do nowych parametrów eksploatacyjnych; c) naprawę poszycia zewnętrznego łącznie z poszyciem dachu; d) zabudowę nowych czół tramwaju wg tramwaju typu N8C (pojazd dwukierunkowy); e) zabudowę stanowisk sterowniczych tramwaju (dwa stanowiska); f) wymianę silników trakcyjnych tramwaju na silniki asynchroniczne; g) montaż zespolonego falownika trakcyjnego; h) montaż przetwornicy statycznej; i) wykonanie nowych osi zestawów kołowych; j) montaż nowych lub regenerowanych przekładni tramwaju, z wykorzystaniem przekładni z tramwaju typu N8C; k) montaż nowych obręczy kół tramwajowych; l) wykonanie nowej instalacji elektrycznej niskiego i wysokiego napięcia; m) regenerację lub wymianę odbieraka prądu; n) montaż nowoczesnych układów zabezpieczeń i systemów bezpieczeństwa; o) optymalizację parametrów eksploatacyjnych; p) wymianę sprzęgów wagonowych; q) wymianę oświetlenia tramwaju w technologii LED, na zewnątrz i wewnątrz; r) montaż urządzeń i instalacji obsługującej hydrauliczne urządzenia czyszczące (szczotki torowe).
