Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Utrzymanie sprawności technicznej lodołamaczy stacjonujących w porcie obiektu hydrotechnicznego we Włocławku” Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - stanowiący Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ wraz z Załącznikiem nr 7 do SWZ (zawierającym projektowane postanowienia, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści zawieranej umowy) - zwanym dalej Wzorem umowy Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1. Zamówienie podstawowe - obejmujące zakres wskazany pod lit „A” Opisu przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącego Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Zamówienie realizowane w przypadku skorzystania przez Zamawiającego z prawa opcji - obejmujące zakres wskazany pod lit „B” Opisu przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącego Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ.
