1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest remont systemu energetycznego statku PLANETA I. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Zgodnie z art. 95 ust.1 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych Wykonawca zatrudni na podstawie umowy o pracę w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks Pracy osoby wykonujące czynności w zakresie prac objętych przedmiotem umowy w tym: osoby wykonujące prace z zakresu montażu instalacji elektrycznych, systemów automatyki i monitoringu na statkach. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące realizacji oraz egzekwowania wymogu zatrudnienia na podstawie umowy o pracę zostały określone we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik 2 do SWZ.
