Postępowanie prowadzone jest przy wartości zamówienia powyżej 216 000,00 euro w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, na podstawie art. 132 ustawy Pzp. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi serwisu technicznego systemu chirurgicznego da Vinci Xi o numerze seryjnym SK7199, produkcji firmy Intuitive Surgical, wraz ze stołem operacyjnym TS7000dV o numerze seryjnym 109340535. Szczegółowe zestawienie sprzętu medycznego podlegającego usłudze serwisu technicznego, którego dotyczy usługa zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do wzoru umowy stanowiący Załączniki nr 2 do SWZ. Pod pojęciem „Serwisu technicznego” Zamawiający rozumie utrzymanie w pełnej sprawności techniczno - eksploatacyjnej sprzętu medycznego objętego niniejszym zamówieniem tj.: przeprowadzanie okresowych przeglądów technicznych, kalibracji, konserwacji oraz regulacji wraz z niezbędnymi naprawami. Szczegółowy zakres Serwisu technicznego przedstawia Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ oraz Załącznik nr 2 do wzoru umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
