1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup wsparcia technicznego dla systemu SI EMERYT. 2. W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia, o którym mowa w pkt 6.1. SWZ, wchodzą następujące usługi: 1) utrzymanie SI EMERYT w sprawności eksploatacyjnej, w tym usuwanie błędów i awarii w działaniu systemu, 2) zapewnienie zgodności działania SI EMERYT z aktualnym stanem prawnym w obszarze problematyki emerytalno-rentowej oraz w obszarze świadczeń ratowniczych, dostosowanie SI EMERYT do powszechnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa, określających obowiązki Zamawiającego, 3) modyfikowanie SI EMERYT zgodnie z potrzebami Zamawiającego, 4) usługa migracji SI EMERYT działającego na platformie OVM na platformę Oracle Linux KVM. 3. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
