Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest serwis, utrzymanie i rozwój Ferryt Enterprise Platform. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wykaz zadań, terminów oraz warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, płatności, etc. określone zostały w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (dalej: „PPU”) i Opisie przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej: „OPZ”). Zamawiający odpowiednio podzielił przedmiot zamówienia na zamówienie podstawowe oraz zamówienie objęte prawem opcji. 1) W ramach zamówienia podstawowego świadczenie: a) Usług Rozwoju Systemu w wymiarze 1000 MD. b) Usług Zapewnienia Jakości dla produktów wykonanych w ramach świadczenia Usług Rozwoju Systemu z części podstawowej (o ile były zlecone) oraz odpowiednio dla całego Systemu. 2) W ramach zamówienia opcjonalnego świadczenie, w ramach puli wynagrodzenia określonej w Umowie: 1) Usług Rozwoju Systemu wyceniane i wykonywane w ramach przyjętych stawek za MD jak w zamówieniu podstawowym; 2) Usług Administracji Systemem; 3) Usług Zapewnienia Jakości dla produktów wykonanych w ramach świadczenia Usług Rozwoju Systemu z części opcjonalnej (o ile były zlecone);
