Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi regeneracji złoża węgla aktywnego formowanego WG-12 produkcji firmy GRYFSKAND stosowanego w ZWiK Sp. z o.o. w Łodzi WPW „Tomaszów”, polegającej na wydobyciu przepracowanego złoża z komory filtracyjnej, zregenerowaniu wydobytego złoża z częściowym dosypaniem nowego złoża o wymaganych parametrach, płukaniu złoża, potwierdzeniu parametrów wymaganych dla zregenerowanego złoża w każdym z 6 filtrów (nr F-20, F-22, F-24, F-26, F-30, F-32) w ilości ogółem ok. 164 m3 (82 m3 x 6). Przedmiot zamówienia sklasyfikowany jest we Wspólnym Słowniku Zamówień kod CPV: 24954200-8 - Regenerowany węgiel aktywny. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki gwarancji zawarte są w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy - załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
