Description

Przedmiotem Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zimowe utrzymanie sieci dróg na terenie m. Legnicy administrowanych przez ZDM w Legnicy w roku 2026 w okresach: od dnia 01.01.2026r. do dnia 30.04.2026r. oraz od dnia 01.11.2026r. do dnia 31.12.2026r. w ramach zadania pn. „ Zimowe utrzymanie dróg na terenie m. Legnicy”. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość ustalenia dodatkowych terminów realizacji umowy również poza wskazanymi okresami objętymi usługą w przypadku wystąpienia nieprzewidywalnych niekorzystnych warunków atmosferycznych. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia publicznego jest zimowe utrzymanie sieci dróg na terenie m. Legnicy administrowanych przez ZDM w Legnicy w roku 2026 w okresach: od dnia 01.01.2026r. do dnia 30.04.2026 r. oraz od dnia 01.11.2026 do dnia 31.12.2026r. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość ustalenia dodatkowych terminów realizacji umowy również poza wskazanymi okresami objętymi usługą w przypadku wystąpienia nieprzewidywalnych niekorzystnych warunków atmosferycznych. Zarząd Dróg Miejskich w Legnicy posiada w administracji 279,1km dróg, z czego plan zimowego utrzymania obejmuje: utrzymanie 155,62 dróg publicznych w zakresie jezdni, a także utrzymanie chodników wzdłuż wyznaczonych odcinków dróg obustronnie o długości 30,68 km. Pozostałe drogi są również objęte zimowym utrzymaniem jednakże wg potrzeb, na podstawie typowania przez zamawiającego.
