OPIS PRZEDMIOTU ZAMÓWIENIA 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie 10 000 000,00 zł. Termin uruchomienia kredytu: od dnia zawarcia umowy do 30.12.2025 r. Okres kredytowania do dnia 20.12.2030 r. 2. Wykonawca składający ofertę jest nią związany od dnia upływu terminu składania ofert do dnia: 9 stycznia 2026 r. WARUNEK UDZIAŁU W POSTĘPOWANIU 1. O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się wykonawcy, którzy posiadają aktualne zezwolenie na wykonywanie czynności bankowych w zakresie udzielania kredytów, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. Prawo bankowe. 2. W przypadku wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia warunek dotyczący uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej jest spełniony, jeżeli co najmniej jeden z wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia posiada uprawnienia do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej i zrealizuje usługi, do których realizacji te uprawnienia są wymagane. Potencjały wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia sumują się. 3. Wykonawcy wspólnie ubiegający się o udzielenie zamówienia zobowiązani są załączyć do oferty oświadczenie, z którego wynika, które usługi wykonają poszczególni wykonawcy, tj. oświadczenie, o którym mowa w art. 117 ust. 4 ustawy Pzp. Zgodnie z opisem w sekcji 2.1 Procedura
