1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Kompleksowe ubezpieczenie Miasta i Gminy Uzdrowiskowej Muszyna”. 2. Rodzaj zamówienia: usługa. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia sklasyfikowany jest we Wspólnym Słowniku Zamówień kod CPV: 66510000-8 - usługi ubezpieczeniowe: 66515000-3 (usługi ubezpieczenia od uszkodzenia lub utraty); 66516000-0 (usługi ubezpieczenia od odpowiedzialności cywilnej); 66514110-0 (usługi ubezpieczeń pojazdów mechanicznych); 66516100-1 (usługi ubezpieczenia pojazdów mechanicznych od odpowiedzialności cywilnej); 66512100-3 (usługi ubezpieczenia od następstw nieszczęśliwych wypadków); 4. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 2 części: Część I: Ubezpieczenie mienia a) ubezpieczenie mienia od wszystkich ryzyk, w tym ubezpieczenie mienia od kradzieży z włamaniem i rabunku oraz ubezpieczenie szyb i innych przedmiotów szklanych od stłuczenia; b) ubezpieczenie sprzętu elektronicznego; c) ubezpieczenie odpowiedzialności cywilnej (ogólnej + rozszerzenia); Część II: Ubezpieczenie komunikacyjne a) ubezpieczenia komunikacyjne Miasta i Gminy Uzdrowiskowej Muszyna oraz jej jednostek organizacyjnych (OC, AC, NW, ASS; 5. Szczegółowe informacje na temat przedmiotu zamówienia znajdują się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - część poufna. 6. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust.1 pkt.7 pzp w wysokości do 10 % wartości zamówienia podstawowego w cz. I oraz 10 % wartości zamówienia podstawowego w cz. II. Zamówienia polegające na powtórzeniu tych samych usług będą udzielane na tych samych warunkach co zamówienie podstawowe opisane w załączniku nr 1 - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - część poufna. 7.
