a. Zadanie nr 1 - Ubezpieczenie mienia Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia dla zadania 1 obejmuje: - zakres podstawowy dla przedmiotów ubezpieczenia wyspecyfikowanych w załączniku nr 3,4,5,6,10 i 11 do OPZ dla Pakietu nr 1,2 i 3. oraz - zakres objęty prawem opcji obejmujący doubezpieczenie związane z planowanymi inwestycjami w trakcie trwania umowy do 12% wartości zamówienia objętego zakresem podstawowym. Zamawiającego zastrzega sobie prawo skorzystania z prawa opcji w całości lub w części. W przypadku nie skorzystania przez Zamawiającego z całości lub z części prawa opcji Wykonawcy nie przysługuje roszczenie. b. Zadanie nr 2 - Ubezpieczenie odpowiedzialności cywilnej z tytułu posiadania mienia i prowadzenia działalności c. Zadanie nr 3 - Ubezpieczenia komunikacyjne d. Zadanie nr 4 - Ubezpieczenie odpowiedzialności cywilnej członków władz spółki e. Zadanie nr 5 - Ubezpieczenie środowiskowe (art. 125 ustawy o odpadach) Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia dla zadania 1 obejmuje: - zakres podstawowy dla przedmiotów ubezpieczenia wyspecyfikowanych w załączniku nr 3,4,5,6,10 i 11 do OPZ dla Pakietu nr 1,2 i 3. oraz - zakres objęty prawem opcji obejmujący doubezpieczenie związane z planowanymi inwestycjami w trakcie trwania umowy do 12% wartości zamówienia objętego zakresem podstawowym. Zamawiającego zastrzega sobie prawo skorzystania z prawa opcji w całości lub w części. W przypadku nie skorzystania przez Zamawiającego z całości lub z części prawa opcji Wykonawcy nie przysługuje roszczenie.; Ubezpieczenie odpowiedzialności cywilnej z tytułu posiadania mienia i prowadzenia działalności; Ubezpieczenia komunikacyjne; brak opcji
